Shipping, Delivery & Returns

We ship nationwide to all 29 states of the country and to over 2400 towns across 19,000+ PIN-codes in India.

We offer three shipping options:
• Standard usually arrives 5-7 business days
• Expedited usually arrives 2-3 business days
• Express usually arrives 1-2 business days from date of purchase
Orders placed after 10am IST Friday will ship the following week. Orders are shipped on business days only
(Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Yes, Express shipping is possible where the package is delivered within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. The shipping cost for Express delivery is calculated upon checkout.
Unfortunately, we do not have the option of midnight delivery available at the moment. The specific time of delivery is highly dependent on the courier and what the most optimal route for an area might be. As such, we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time.
Yes! We offer the option for you to select a specific delivery date in the future, so that your gift reaches your loved one on his/her big day, guaranteed. You can choose the exact date you wish for your gift to be delivered during the ordering process.

Humanitive concierge is available to help during normal business hours of Monday – Friday 10 am – 6 pm IST. If you reach out after these hours, we will respond the next business day.
Unfortunately, our gifts are not eligible for returns. If your order is placed during normal business hours of Monday – Friday between 10 am – 6 pm IST, we will try to accommodate requests within 3 hours of placing your order. Please contact us at hello@humanitive.in with your order number and requested action and we’ll be in contact. However, if you contact us too late then we will not be able to cancel your order. If you have ordered your package for express delivery, those orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

The Donation Kit is a folder that will be included in each gift box having all the information required for your loved
one to know about the Donation made on his/her behalf. It includes the following:
• Letter of acknowledgement from the Non-Profit
• Certificate of Appreciation from Humanitive
• Personalised Donation Video QR Code
• Photograph of the beneficiary from the Non-Profit
• Promotional Material from the Non-Profit
• Letter from the CEO – Humanitive

Firstly, you can trust us to provide you with absolute transparency as to the utilization of the donation amount. We
have an MOU in place with the Non-Profits that enables us complete access as to how funds are being used.
Periodically, we conduct surprise visits at the Non Profit to verify the books, go on-ground and meet the beneficiaries
to ensure that your donations were utilized as promised.
Further, we are primarily a gifting platform, where we provide you with the opportunity to gift a donation on behalf
of a loved one, and club this with beautifully curated gift items. We are the first one-stop-shop where you get to
combine these two gifts seamlessly. Hence, we are taking out the hassle of assembling a unique gift like ours.

We transfer 100% of the donation amount to the Non-Profit within 24 hours, so that the Donation Kit can be
created at the earliest and the gift box can be shipped at the earliest.

No, we don’t charge any commission from our Non-Profits, or from the donors on the donation amount. Humanitive
only acts as an intermediary between you and the Non-Profit. All money you choose to put towards a cause is
directly sent to the Non-Profit.
We even pay back credit card fees, meaning if a donor gave ₹100 with a credit card and we got only ₹97, we’d
make up the ₹3 and send the full ₹100 for the concerned Donation Program.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide tax-benefits to the donors due to our current model. We are, however, aiming towards providing tax exemption certificates on the donations shortly.

We custom design with as low as 20 boxes, so the options are limitless. We’ll take your branding, colours, or message, and create customized luxurious boxes perfect for the occasion.
Most custom orders require at least 4-6 weeks from design to delivery. Large non-custom orders may only take 1-2 weeks based on availability.

Absolutely! Check out our “Design you own” section to custom make your gift box – choose the perfect size, goodies and donation for your loved one to make day extra special.

We accept Payment Modes including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay, GooglePay, UPI, Amazonpay, Phonepe, Paytm, Paypal and Net Banking option for 70+ banks.

We also provide multiple bank EMI and cardless EMI options such as Zest Money. Our payment gateway also enables you to choose the “Buy Now Pay Later” option by using Ola Money Postpaid and ePayLater.

While we understand that Plexiglass is not easily recyclable, it is sustainable for very long periods of time. As we optimise our packaging and use more eco-friendly materials in the future, I urge you to please reuse the Plexiglass gift containers (they are 100% food safe), as well as our sturdy gift boxes for storage and/or décor purposes.
The QR code containing the Donation video is valid up to 30 days from the day of purchase. You can download the video at any time within these 30 days.

In case you want to interchange the products in the gift box, send us an email at hello@humanitive.in or call +919999123229 with your order number and request within 3 hours of placing your order. It will be difficult to accept such requests beyond 3 hours of purchase.

If you forget writing any message, your gift does come with a note that reads, “Enjoy the gift!” with your name at the bottom so the recipient will know who the gift is from.
